A concert of young opera singers called ‘An Opera Night's Dream’ was held in the atrium of the National Museum on Friday, May 28th, organized by the Music Opera and Theatre Organization – MOTO and under the auspices of the Belgrade Festivals Centre.
The performers who participated were young singers, students of the Opera Summer School.
Participants who showed great talents, future stars of the Serbian opera scene are: Ana Gvozdenović – soprano, Nevena Josić – soprano, Svjetlana Djokić – mezzo-soprano, Ermin Ašćerić – tenor and Boris Papak – baritone.
Through an attractive programme with piano collaboration by Dragana Andjelić Bunjac, the audience enjoyed opera arias, duets and Neapolitan songs.
The concert was a real treat for opera aficionados, when it comes to the choice of songs as well as because of the opera's young hopefuls, who will surely attract a wider audience with their talents.
